With the support of in-house teams and external agencies, you'll lead innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans tailored to each franchise.
• Analyse market, customer, competitor, and media insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with franchise GMs to meet lead generation and commercial targets.
• Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
• Represent your franchise at manufacturer meetings and maximise co-funded campaign opportunities.
• Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance by channel.
• Serve as the brand guardian for your franchise portfolio.
• Nurture relationships with third-party suppliers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring
