Key Details:

• Job Title: Transactional Finance Manager
• Salary: £65k - £70k (DOE) + performance-related bonus
• Location: Stamford
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a talented cash and banking team.
• Act as the go-to expert for complex queries and escalations.
• Keep operations running like clockwork, hitting all key deadlines.
• Oversee reconciliations, cash allocations, and banking activity.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement smarter, more efficient processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and operations.

Requirements:

• Experience leading or supervising a transactional finance or cash/banking team.
• Strong people management skills with a passion for developing others.
• The ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines with confidence.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-moving finance environment.
