Our client is a global medical device business, with a large advanced manufacturing and distribution facility. The business is in a growth phase, meaning new product lines requiring integration, process improvements and continuous improvements are key.

Description

• Lead site operations, working closely with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Lead the integration of new product lines into the site
• Implement physical site layout optimisation
• Align site operations with strategic objectives
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485

Profile

A successful Site Director should have:

• Track record leading manufacturing sites
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 13485
• Experience implementing new processes for new product introductions
• Strong leadership
