Conveyancing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and organised Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy residential property team in Ilkley.

The Role

You will support fee earners with a range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers. Duties will include:

• Managing files and legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Handling searches, Land Registry documents, and completions
• Providing excellent client service and administrative support
