Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting customers throughout their aftersales journey. You will be the friendly and professional voice on the phone, helping to resolve enquiries, manage requests, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear, helpful, and professional support.
• Manage customer support tickets including fault reports, replacement queries, warranty registrations, and general enquiries.
• Raise refund requests where appropriate, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries within the Aftersales Outlook inbox in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-based role.
• Communication Skills: Confident and friendly when dealing with a wide range of customers.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A logical and practical approach to resolving customer issues effectively.
• IT Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Positive Attitude: An approachable, upbeat personality with a good sense of humour.
• Team Player: Able to work collaboratively and remain calm under pressure.
• Organised and Flexible: Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
