Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for enthusiastic Temporary Call Centre Agents to join a busy contact centre team

Location: Burgess Hill
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing exceptional service. You’ll use our in-house CRM systems to manage queries, make bookings, and offer additional services where appropriate. You’ll also support senior-level managers and assist with various contact centre tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Make outbound calls when required
  • Listen actively and engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Provide solutions in line with company policies
  • Accurately log information and follow internal processes
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
