Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Finchampstead

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour (temporary) | Up to £28,000 per annum once permanent

Start: Immediate start available | Weekly pay

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day duties will include a variety of warehouse tasks such as:

  • Shrink wrapping goods ready for dispatch
  • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining stock control and assisting with inventory checks
  • Loading vans with deliveries in preparation for dispatch
  • Supporting general warehouse operations as required
  • Operating a forklift (training provided where needed)
What to Expect

This is a physically demanding role, and you should be comfortable being on your feet throughout the day, averaging around 20,000 steps daily. The environment is fast-paced, and teamwork is essential to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable with manual and physical work
  • Able to work well as part of a supportive team
  • Forklift experience is an advantage but full training can be provided
