Salary: £12.87 – £14.03 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

  • £1,500 Welcome Bonus

We are recruiting for a CQC ‘Outstanding’ rated specialist residential service supporting young adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, and additional health requirements.

About the service

Set within extensive rural grounds in Cambridgeshire, this service provides a safe and supportive environment where young adults can develop independence and life skills as they transition into adulthood.

Facilities include hydrotherapy, sensory gardens, outdoor learning spaces, a skills centre, and creative activity rooms. The focus is on building confidence, independence, and meaningful life experiences.

The role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support across all aspects of daily living.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
  • Assisting with healthcare and medical needs
  • Supporting therapies including hydrotherapy and sensory activities
  • Encouraging independence and decision-making
  • Supporting activities such as shopping trips, outdoor learning, skills development, and social outings

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
