Our client a prestigious, high-end estate agency specialising in prime residential properties across London’s most desirable postcodes. Known for our exceptional service and attention to detail, we manage a portfolio of luxury homes for discerning clients who expect nothing less than excellence.

They are seeking a polished and highly organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium residential properties. This is a client-facing role requiring professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value residential properties across London
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments to the highest standard
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Liaise with contractors, concierge teams, and third-party service providers
• Handle tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and end-of-tenancy processes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication at all times

About You

• Proven experience in property management, ideally within the prime or luxury sector
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional, client-centric approach
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance requirements
• ARLA qualification (or working towards) is desirable
• A calm, solutions-driven mindset with a high level of discretion
