A leading US Law firm based in the City of London are looking for a PA with some team leading experience to take on a 12 month FTC. This role will provide PA support to fee earners and support a team of 10 PAs from junior to senior level.

Responsibilities include:

• Diary management, travel booking, meeting coordination, billing and document support to fee earners.
• Oversee daily workflows and operations, including resource allocation, identifying peak workload periods, and collaborating with other PA leaders to improve efficiency and redistribute resources where needed
• Contribute to a forward-thinking, strategic approach by partnering with the PA Leadership Team to meet evolving operational needs and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor the quality, efficiency, and output of team members, serving as a point of escalation and providing coaching and guidance to maintain high service standards
• Support the performance review process by gathering feedback, in collaboration with the PA Supervisor and Manager, while handling sensitive people matters with professionalism and discretion
• Encourage effective working practices, teamwork, and a respectful, collaborative culture
