Monday to Friday | 18:00–04:00 or 20:00–06:00

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Nights Supervisor to join a busy freight warehouse operation based in Colnbrook. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and hands-on warehouse experience.

The Role

As Nights Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of night shift operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager while leading a small team to meet operational targets and maintain high standards of efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising a team of 5 warehouse operatives

Working closely alongside the Warehouse Manager

Overseeing freight handling and general warehouse duties

Ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on time

Maintaining health & safety and security standards

Supporting team performance, training, and development

Requirements

Essential:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Level CO certification

5-year checkable work history (required for security clearance)

Desirable:

X-ray screener licence
