Join our high-calibre and cooperative UK & Ireland HR team as a Lead HR for Ireland, supporting ~300 employees and playing a key role in shaping people strategy, employee experience, and compliance.
What you'll be doing
Lead onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience
Act as the primary contact for union representatives, leading negotiations and ensuring compliance with Irish labour law (essential)
Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Partner with leadership and support UK&I HR projects and cross-border initiatives
Lead internal communications across UK&I, creating creating an impact messaging and engagement plans
Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and managers
What we're looking for
5-7 years' HR experience in an international environment
Hands-on union experience in Ireland (must-have)
Strong understanding of Irish employment law & HR practices
Proven experience with overlooking 200-300 people and arrange events in the office
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment
Experience in IT or working with large employee populations
