Sales Administrator

Sheffield | Full Time | Office based

Elevation Recruitment Business Support Team are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced business based in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Experience within manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial due to the fast-paced environment, however candidates from all industries will be considered if they have previous sales administration experience and are confident using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and quotations
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinating deliveries and liaising with carriers
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Supporting internal sales and operational teams
• Assisting with dispatch and general administration

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Sales Administration, Customer Service or Internal Sales experience
• ERP system experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills
• Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
• Ability to work well in a busy environment
