The Role

As Head of Art & Technology, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver consistently high-quality teaching
  • Shape and drive the curriculum, ensuring it is ambitious, inclusive and engaging
  • Develop staff, providing coaching, guidance and support
  • Use data strategically to improve outcomes and close gaps
  • Champion creativity across the school through enrichment and wider opportunities


This is a key leadership position with real scope to influence both departmental success and whole-school culture.


Who We’re Looking For

You will be:

  • A strong teacher with the ability to lead from the front – QTS is essential
  • An aspiring or experienced middle leader with a track record (or clear potential) of improving outcomes
  • Skilled at building positive relationships while maintaining high expectations
  • Passionate about creative subjects and student achievement
  • Motivated, proactive, and aligned with a values-driven culture
