Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Location: City of Bristol - 2/3 days in the office per week

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits Package!

Role Responsibilities:

• Direct high-stakes corporate tax advisory engagements across diverse industry sectors
• Own complex client relationships with OMBs and major corporates as their trusted tax advisor
• Lead strategic tax planning initiatives and manage sensitive HMRC investigations
• Shape junior talent through structured mentoring and performance leadership
• Drive practice growth through senior-level business development and thought leadership

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• CTA qualification with demonstrable senior corporate tax leadership experience
• Strategic commercial mindset - proven ability to navigate complex business tax challenges
• Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Business development acumen - track record of growing practices and winning new mandates
• Leadership experience in coaching, developing and inspiring high-performing teams
