The Role

As an Analysis Investigator, you will be at the heart of our quality mission. You'll be responsible for identifying and investigating trends highlighted through complaint metrics to ensure we meet all Quality System requirements.

Title: Data Analyst

Location: Witney

Salary: £33,500 per annum

Contract: 12 Months

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend Identification: Identify trends through the analysis of tracked complaint data.
• Data & Metrics: Generate weekly and monthly metrics and perform batch complaint data analysis within required timeframes.
• Investigation: Perform and document thorough investigations into trends by understanding and leveraging all available data.
• Escalation: Escalate complaint data trends that indicate potential product or process issues.
• Review Support: Assist in generating metrics for key review meetings, including Tracking and Trending, Product Quality Monitoring, and Site Leadership reviews.
• Compliance: Adhere to all Tracking & Trending procedures, Quality Management Systems, and corporate policies.
