This role offers strong exposure across reporting, audit, and business partnering, making it ideal for someone looking to step into a broad, high-impact position.The RoleYou'll play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting the wider business with insights and control. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with real visibility.Key Responsibilities

• Production of monthly financial accounts and reporting packs
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP / IFRS
• Assist month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation information
• VAT and tax support
• Liaise with external auditors
• Assist preparation of statutory accounts for the year-end audit.
• Drive process improvements across finance

• ACA qualified
• Strong financial accounting and reporting experience
• Confident managing audits and working to deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proactive, detail-driven, and commercially aware
