• Basic Salary: £25,000 to £27,500 (dependent on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide an end-to-end estate agency service from valuation to completion of sale.
• Build and maintain strong local relationships to enhance business generation.
• Market your personal brand effectively to raise brand awareness locally.
• Offer exceptional customer service that leads to customer satisfaction and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to be the best estate agent in your area.
• Proven estate agency experience with a track record of successful sales.
• Excellent marketing and business generation skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage your own diary to meet the needs of your customers.
