We’re recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, recruitment and speaking to people every day. You’ll be working with clients and candidates, building relationships, filling vacancies and growing your own desk.

You’ll be joining a supportive team where you’ll be trusted to get on with the job, backed properly and given the chance to earn well.

What you’ll be doing:

Speaking to new and existing clients

Winning new business

Taking job details from clients

Advertising roles

Sourcing and speaking to candidates

Arranging interviews

Managing the process from start to finish

Building long-term relationships

What we’re looking for:

Recruitment experience would be ideal

Sales experience would also be considered

Confident speaking to people

Comfortable picking up the phone

Driven and self-motivated

Organised and reliable

Resilient, honest and hardworking
