We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our highly supportive and ambitious Science Faculty. This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers as well as experienced practitioners.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach Science across Key Stages, including A Level Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, depending on specialty.
• Contribute to a curriculum that inspires curiosity, develops scientific thinking, and supports strong outcomes for all learners.
• Deliver high-quality Science teaching that promotes strong progress and outcomes.
• Plan engaging, well-structured lessons aligned to the curriculum.
• Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and provide meaningful feedback.
• Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental collaboration.
• Support the wider life of the academy, including enrichment opportunities.
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and the academy’s ethos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Science.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• The ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A reflective practitioner committed to professional development.
