I am exclusively partnering with a fast-growing UK business experiencing record growth and major contract wins, to recruit a Head of FP&A.

This role has arisen due to internal promotion to Finance Director, offering a clear opportunity to step into a visible and influential leadership position.

The Role

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis
• Deliver monthly reporting with clear, actionable insight
• Build and develop robust financial models
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
• Drive improvements across FP&A processes and reporting

Key Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong FP&A background with advanced modelling capability
• Proven leadership experience
• Experience driving change and process improvement
• Advanced Excel + Power BI (or similar)

Package

• £95,000 base salary
• Management bonus
• £7,800 car allowance
