A fast-paced international business based in the heart of the West End is looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build broad HR experience within a collaborative and professional environment.

They are looking for an immediate start and are paying £15-£18/hour (equivalent to around £30,000-£35,000 per annum). The role is in office 4 days a week, with one day wfh. 

What you'll do: 
  • Support the day-to-day running of the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system
  • Collate payroll changes and liaise with payroll providers and Finance
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and external recruiters
  • Provide support on HR projects, policies and wider people initiatives
  • Assist with HR administration across international entities as required
Who you are: 
  • You have 1–2 years’ HR or administrative experience within a fast-paced professional environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, proactive and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ideally have exposure to a HRIS
  • CIPD qualified or studying towards would be advantageous
