Our finance team is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to play an active role within the business.

Please note: This is an office-based role located in Thurrock

Salary Up to £28,000

• Support the finance team in achieving targets
• Proactive and self-motivated approach
• Commitment to honesty, confidentiality, and integrity
• AAT qualified or qualified by experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Purchase Ledger function in line with company policy
• Process and control supplier invoices
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers
• Accurate coding, matching, and authorization of invoices
• Maintain the creditors ledger and resolve outstanding items
• Assist in other finance areas as required
• Provide holiday cover for the finance team
