A hybrid role (office in Stockport) with an established insurance broker, supporting a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients with premiums up to around £25k GWP.

The role

You’ll work across a varied book of business, supporting clients on renewals, mid-term adjustments, market presentations and day-to-day servicing across a range of commercial lines.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handling renewals, MTAs and general servicing
  • Supporting SME and mid-market clients across a range of commercial lines
  • Negotiating terms with insurers
  • Preparing market presentations and renewal documentation
  • Working closely with Account Executives and the wider broking team
  • Using Acturis daily to manage records, workflow and documentation

What they’re looking for

  • Solid commercial broking or account handling experience
  • Acturis experience is desirable
