We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Team Leader to manage and deliver high-quality cleaning services across a social housing portfolio.This is a hands-on role leading a dispersed team of cleaners across multiple sites, including HMOs, hostels, sheltered housing and office environments. You will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while supporting staff and engaging positively with residents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
• Supervise, support and motivate cleaning staff
• Plan rotas, allocate workloads and carry out quality inspections
• Oversee void, deep and specialist cleans
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and COSHH regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for cleaning service enquiries and feedback

About You

• Previous experience supervising or leading cleaning teams
• Knowledge of cleaning standards within social housing or similar settings
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Calm, professional approach in sensitive environments
• Full UK manual driving licence
