Job Title: People Advisor (HR, part of the People Team)

Location:Taunton (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office)

Salary:Circa £31,000 per annum dependant on experience

Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a People Advisor role with real purpose. You'll act as a trusted partner to leaders, helping them navigate people challenges with confidence, clarity, and empathy.

You'll play a key role in:

• Providing practical, people-focused HR advice to managers and teams ensuring our culture and purpose underpin all decisions and interactions.
• Supporting employee relations matters in a fair, human and balanced way
• Guiding teams through change, growth and integration following acquisitions
• Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted go-to advisor across the business
• Translating HR policies and processes into clear, approachable guidance that works in the real world
• Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusive ways of working
• Helping shape and develop people processes as the organisation continues to grow

No two days will look the same - this is a fast-paced, evolving environment where curiosity and adaptability are key.

• Has demonstratable experience in an HR/People Advisory role and acted as a partner within the business

• Handles sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
• Is curious, reflective, and motivated to keep developing
• Wants to grow with a business
