Administration Assistant

Reed are supporting a repeat professional services client to recruit a temporary administrator for a period of 4 - 8 weeks, possibly longer. 

The administrative assistant will provide effective administrative support to our team during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Managing emails, calls and correspondence
  • Answering the phone
  • Greeting clients
  • Updating their CRM and workflows
  • Preparing documents, reports and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

To be consider you will -

  • Be immediately available to start work on 4th May and be able to commit to a 4-8 week booking
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams
  • CRM and/or CCH experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable, adaptable and professional in approach
  • Personable, punctual with attention to detail

This role is based in the office Monday to Friday, is walkable from the local train station and there is free parking onsite.

Pay rate of £13-15 per hour plus holiday pay depending on experience.
