Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a true360° role, combining candidate delivery with proactive business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management to candidate placement
• Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the energy sector
• Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates across permanent and/or contract roles
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and recruitment solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets

About You

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Strong track record in business development
• Energy, oil & gas, or related engineering sector experience preferred
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, resilient, and relationship-focused
