Description

• Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including credit checks and limit reviews
• Process sales and purchase invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and expenses
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
• Support weekly payroll processing, with full training provided
• Assist with month end and year end reporting

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Previous proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Salesforce system.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
