Join a Legal 500 ranked team as a Personal Injury Solicitor with a focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with some post-qualification experience looking to specialise in personal injury within a well-regarded and supportive firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated Road Traffic Accident claims.
• Work closely with a team of experienced personal injury professionals to provide expert legal services.
• Engage in negotiations and legal proceedings to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintain high standards of client care and service throughout the legal process.
• Continuously update and maintain accurate case documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor in the UK (NQ+).
• Experience in handling RTA claims is essential. 
• Strong understanding of personal injury law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to professional development and staying updated with changes in the law.
