We are looking to appoint an experienced Bobst DRO Press Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role requiring a skilled printer or press operator who can confidently set up, operate, and maintain a Bobst DRO press to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Bobst DRO press to meet production targets and quality standards
• Ensure consistent print quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Monitor materials and ensure efficient use to minimise waste
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience operating a Bobst DRO press (essential)
• Strong understanding of printing processes and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
