We’re looking for a passionate and driven Service Lead to oversee a supported living service supporting individuals with complex care needs, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.

The Role

As Service Lead, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic service, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll empower both staff and the people we support to thrive, promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff
• Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding
• Manage rotas, performance, and service delivery
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent CQC standards
• Support individuals with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives

About You

• Proven experience in a leadership role within supported living or social care
• Strong knowledge of mental health and learning disabilities
• Confident in managing teams, performance, and service quality
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care
• NVQ Level 3/4/5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Resilient, compassionate, and solutions-focused
