The role in focus

As an Insolvency and Restructuring Senior Manager, you'll manage a varied portfolio across both corporate insolvency and JIB work. What you'll be doing

• Managing restructuring and insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
• Overseeing a blend of corporate insolvency and JIB assignments, ensuring efficient delivery
• Advising clients, lenders, and stakeholders on recovery strategies and formal processes
• Supporting the development and growth of the JIB offering within the wider RIP team
• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and stakeholders
• Reviewing reports, financial analysis, and key case documentation
• Contributing to business development across both corporate and JIB work within the accountancy market

What we're looking for

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience across restructuring and insolvency, ideally spanning both corporate and JIB work
• Confidence managing cases end-to-end with direct client exposure
• Commercial mindset with an interest in growing a service line
• Someone who enjoys developing people and being part of a collaborative team
