About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded financial services organisation with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client support and operational excellence. The business is continuing to invest in its operational infrastructure and systems, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator to join the team.

This role would suit an organised and analytical individual who enjoys systems, process improvement, reporting, and supporting operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain document designer templates to ensure maximum efficiency and usability for end users
  • Support testing and implementation of new functionality within the back-office system
  • Assist with maintaining and improving systems and operational processes across the business
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and management information
  • Support system updates, data cleansing exercises, and operational reporting activities
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across internal systems, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure adherence to system processes and data standards
  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, workflow enhancement, and client service delivery
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support the implementation of scalable operational solutions
  • Assist with annual tax year-end legislative updates across multiple systems
  • Support process mapping and documentation to improve consistency and operational performance
  • Provide support with operational, system, and IT-related queries when required
  • Maintain accurate training and development records in line with company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational support within financial services
  • Experience maintaining and developing CRM or back-office systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Professional, proactive, and accountable approach to work
  • A willingness to support continuous improvement across systems and processes

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience supporting or managing operational projects
  • Exposure to larger-scale change or implementation projects
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Financial services operational or back-office systems experience
  • Project management exposure or qualifications
