The role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in South Lanarkshire, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and related matters.

You will guide clients through the full conveyancing process, from making offers through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently. The role will also involve preparing legal documentation, handling registration and compliance matters and liaising with all parties involved in the transaction.

You will work closely with clients at every stage, providing clear advice and ensuring a smooth and straightforward experience.

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

• Has experience in residential conveyancing (including at junior level)
• Is confident managing their own workload with appropriate support where required
• Builds strong and lasting client relationships
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is organised and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Has an interest in working within a local, relationship-driven firm
