The Isle of Wight site is an important part of our UK operations, and we’re looking for a strong leader who can inspire teams, deliver results, and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is either an existing General
Manager, or someone ready to step up into a General Manager role for the first
time.

Your Mission at Elis

• Lead
  and inspire: Direct all site teams – production, logistics, engineering,
  customer services – to deliver excellence every day.
• Take
  ownership: Full P&L responsibility with a focus on hitting EBITDA
  targets and safeguarding revenue.
• Develop
  people: Coach, support and grow your team, ensuring every colleague feels
  valued and engaged.
• Drive
  improvement: Lead the LEAN agenda and embed a culture of safety, quality,
  and efficiency.
