We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an interior fit out project in Lincoln for a 4-week programme commencing Tuesday 26th May.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving the project to completion within programme.

• Valid SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Proven experience managing interior fit out / refurbishment projects (Shopfitting experience preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site standards

• Daily site management and supervision
• Health & Safety management and compliance
• Coordination of subcontractors and deliveries
• Progress reporting and programme management
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout
