The Role
We are looking for a driven, organised and people-focused Account Manager to join our management team. You will take full ownership of the operational management of multiple dealership sites across the Northeast or Scotland, ensuring every site runs to the high standards Proclense is known for.
This is a hands-on, varied role that combines people management, client relationship building, compliance oversight and operational coordination.
What You'll Be Responsible For
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an operational or account management role, ideally within automotive, facilities management, or a related service environment.
Strong people management skills — you'll be recruiting, developing and motivating a team of valeting operators.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with both site teams and senior dealership management.
Sound understanding of Health & Safety practices and COSHH regulations (or the willingness to get up to speed quickly).
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you'll take pride in resolving issues before they become problems.
