An 11-18 secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a Reprographics Assistant to support the day-to-day printing and copying needs of the school. This is a vital behind-the-scenes role, helping teaching and support staff deliver high-quality resources to students.

The Role:

• Preparing, printing, copying and collating teaching materials
• Managing print requests from staff in a timely and organised manner
• Ensuring reprographics equipment is maintained and stocked
• Supporting administrative tasks related to document production
• Working closely with teaching and support staff across the school

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous reprographics or school-based experience is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
• Confident using printers, copiers and basic IT systems
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
