You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver integrated client solutions, deepen client relationships and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm’s wealth proposition.

The Role

As a Financial Planner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, holistic financial planning advice to HNW clients
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and generate fee-based business
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
• Support the growth of assets under management and fee income
• Conduct client meetings, present recommendations, and oversee implementation
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records and documentation
• Ensure all advice meets regulatory and internal governance standards
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the wealth planning offering

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge:

• Strong background in holistic financial planning for HNW clients
• In-depth understanding of investments, tax planning, and wealth structuring
• Experience across the full advice lifecycle, from research through to implementation
• Proven track record in regulated advice and client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience working with professional introducers is advantageous
• Proficient in cashflow modelling tools and CRM systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering client outcomes
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 (Chartered Financial Planner status preferred)
