Are you an experienced Order Processor? If yes, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, friendly business in the Heybridge area, processing customer orders and supporting smooth production workflow.

Order Processor – Responsibilities

Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Processing orders for windows, doors and related fenestration products
  • Checking order details, specifications and measurements
  • Liaising with customers, installers and internal teams
  • Ensuring all information is correct before orders are released to production
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all order documentation
Order Processor – Requirements
  • Experience in order processing, ideally within windows, doors, glazing or manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working with product specifications and customer information
  • Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with fenestration software, quoting systems or technical drawings is beneficial
Order Processor – Benefits
  • Salary £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
  • Free on-site car parking
