Overview:

This practice is on the hunt for a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll work with a wide mix of clients and gain valuable experience as you continue your journey toward full qualification. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable team, get involved in a variety of accounting tasks, and have plenty of opportunities to build your confidence and skills. Monday – Friday with flexible and hybrid working - 37.5 hour weeks

Salary is dependant on qualifications and experience -

Main Duties:

• Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments
• Preparing audit working papers and documentation in line with firm and regulatory standards Supporting fieldwork, including testing controls and substantive procedures
• Preparing financial statements and assisting with year-end accounts Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and charity regulations Working collaboratively with the wider audit team to meet deadlines

What were looking for:

A successful candidate will have proven UK accountancy practice experience in a similar role, on their journey to become ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally started or completed their AAT's.

Must be within a 1 hour commute
