Salary: £68,000 – £75,000 + bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Overview
An established, well-backed business within the automotive sector is seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to support and develop its UK retail network.
This is a hands-on role focused on retail marketing execution, translating central brand activity into effective, locally relevant campaigns that drive showroom traffic, lead generation and commercial performance.
The position offers strong visibility, ownership and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, commercial and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver retail and field marketing strategies across a UK dealer network
- Translate national campaigns into local, dealer-level activation
- Support retailers with campaign planning, toolkits, assets and best practice
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to align marketing activity with performance objectives
- Track, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI and lead performance
- Ensure retail activity remains compliant with brand and CI guidelines
- Act as a key point of contact for retail partners on marketing-related matters
About You
- Proven experience in retail, field or dealer-network marketing
- Background within automotive, consumer, retail or franchised environments
- Commercially minded, with experience connecting marketing activity to sales performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, less-hierarchical environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including dealer-facing experience
- Data-aware, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and insights
