MIS / Admin Team Leader

Contract: 3 months

Hourly rate: £14 - 18 per hour

Location: Sutton Coldfield - full time on site

Job Description

We are looking for a MIS / Admin Team Leader to join a great organisation on a full-time, contract basis supporting a site in Sutton Coldfield.

The MIS / Admin Team Leader key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of 4 staff to ensure online and back-office data is entered into the system accurately and timely.
• Managing workload via emails/approving data change requests and supporting the team where possible to get the data correctly entered.
• Ensuring paperwork is processed for learners from enrolment to completion.
• Using ProSolution for data work
• Updating people face to face and via teams and emails.
• Various admin / support data tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative and database management would be ideal
• Experience using ProSolution would be hugely advantageous
• Problem solver, using systems and expertise on behalf of the business and/ or employees
• Proactive, inquisitive and can do attitude
