An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving primary school in Sevenoaks, where a strong emphasis is placed on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for every child. We are looking to appoint a skilled classroom practitioner who brings energy, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to high-quality teaching.

This role is ideally suited to someone available for full-time work, although part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will feel confident teaching across the primary age range, with experience or a preference for Key Stage 2 considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
• Support the academic and personal development of all pupils
• Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and track progress
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience within a primary school setting
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
• A flexible approach to teaching across year groups
• KS2 experience or confidence preferred
