We are currently seeking an experienced School Administrator to support a busy school in Middlesbrough on a short-term basis.
This is a full-time, 1-week assignment starting 13th July, ideal for candidates who are confident stepping into a fast-paced school environment and making an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the school office
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
  • Maintaining pupil records and data systems
  • Supporting attendance and safeguarding processes
  • Assisting staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with school procedures and policies

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a school administration role
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and school systems (e.g. SIMS/Arbor - desirable)
