Location: Tooting, South West London
Salary: £20,000 basic + £3,000 car allowance + uncapped commission

This is a strong opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience who wants to develop their career within a busy, supportive and well-regarded local office.

The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and supporting the sales process from offer agreed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Registering and qualifying applicants
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Managing sales progression
Generating new business and valuation opportunities
Maintaining regular contact with clients, applicants and solicitors
Working closely with the wider team to achieve office targets

Afternoon off in lieu for Saturdays worked

Commission Structure
10% up to £200,000 billed
14% from £200,000 to £300,000
17% from £300,000 to £400,000
20% on anything above £400,000
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm
Saturday rota: 1 in 2, potentially moving to 1 in 3
