Location: Totnes / Kingsbridge / Dartmouth

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time


We are currently seeking an experienced and well-rounded Lettings professional to join a successful and growing independent estate and lettings agent based out of their Totnes hub. This is a varied role combining elements of Lettings Administration, Negotiation, and Property Management, offering great exposure across the full lettings lifecycle.

This position will involve working closely with the sales team and covering the Kingsbridge and Dartmouth patch as well as Totnes, with approximately 3–4 days per week based in Kingsbridge.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a mixed workload across lettings administration, property management, and front-end negotiation
  • Supporting landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
  • Coordinating tenancies, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Handling property inspections and maintenance coordination
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assisting with enquiries, viewings, and general lettings support
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to maximise business opportunities


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience within residential lettings (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • A proactive and professional approach
