I am working with a fantastic, fast-growing flexible workspace brand expanding across Essex and Hertfordshire, and they are looking for a confident and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their journey. A driver with access to a car is essential
What you will be doing
This is a pure outbound role – ideal for someone who thrives on:
- Cold calling and proactive outreach
- Opening doors and generating new business
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
You will play a key role in driving growth and helping shape the future of the sales function.
Location & Flexibility
- 75% home-based – genuine hybrid working
- Initial training in Bishop’s Stortford
- Weekly in-person meetings across Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, and Cambridge
- Travel across Essex & Hertfordshire required – a driver with access to a car is essential
Salary & Earnings
- £30,000 basic
- Uncapped commission

- CRM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a bonus
