Interim Financial Accountant
Location: Gloucester
Duration: 3 months
Day Rate: Approx. £350-£400 Per Day
Hays are partnering with a fast-growing organisation in Gloucester who are looking to bring in an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to support over a busy period. This is a short-term assignment focused primarily on supporting the delivery of statutory accounts, alongside assisting with a number of other finance tasks during this period.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and completion of statutory accounts
• Assist with year-end processes and reporting requirements
• Act as the key contact for audit queries.
• Supporting consolidated reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Provide additional support to the finance team for ad hoc projects as required.

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in statutory accounts preparation
• Able to quickly adapt and add value to a short-term assignment
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
